Eddie came to the sanctuary when the elderly gentleman that owned him could not look after him any more.

 

Eddie is a friendly little soul who settled in well when he arrived, although unfortunately he was entire and had to be castrated.

 

His winter coat was also very matted when he arrived, but once he got used to the idea of being groomed and pampered, there was no holding him back.

 

A very sensible little pony, Eddie has a kind, loveable nature and although he suffers quite badly in the summer from sweet itch, he is always a good boy and will stand and have cream rubbed on to ease the itching.
